Hierarchy support expanded from 3 to 4 levels site-wide. The new (4th e.g. lowest) hierarchy level is named 'Brigade'
New user role named 'HQDA Role' added
New HQDA Reporting Dashboard created, viewable by users logged in with HQDA or system admin user role
The hierarchy level 1 name changed from 'Command/ASCC/DRU' to 'ACOM/ASCC/DRU'
The hierarchy level 2 name changed from 'Division/MSC/Region/Lab' to 'CORPS/MSC'
The hierarchy level 3 name changed from 'District/Center/Site Location' to 'Division'
